Richard Hutten is a Dutch designer. Hutten started his own design studio in 1991 in Rotterdam after graduating from the Design Academy Eindhoven. He is one of the most international most successful and influential designers. As a true innovator, he has established himself as one of the leading international figures in his field, continuously pushing the boundaries of design.
“Fun and emotion cannot be neglected in design.” said Richard.
Morton Grønning is a creative engineer and product designer, with a passion for entrepreneurship. He specializes in bringing new ideas into reality. During the process he identifies latent needs, builds testable prototypes and involves users and experts.
Jamy is the founder of YANG DESIGN, one of the most influential designers by FORBES China.
Jamy founded China’s first private industrial design museum 2 years ago to let the public get to know about industrial civilization. He then collaborated with One Foundation, created by Jet Li, and has designed tents, water purifiers, etc. for public welfare. He also modernizes Chinese traditional craft to be favored by modern Chinese.
Shirley Feng is the Executive Vicepresident and Secretary General of SIDA.
Industrial design in China is considered as no design just copy by most foreigners. However, with the prosperity of China’s hightechnology, the development of design has also been highly appreciated.The 4th SZIDF is themed on Design Connecting All Possibilities, hoping that young entrepreneurs, designers and audience will enjoy this event.
In industrial design, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, Shenzhen all have their own characteristics, Shenzhen is comparatively closer to the world in forwardthinking and technology. It’s a city of innovation.
